Eli J. Patten is an Associate in the Billings Commercial Department. He practices in the areas of creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, collections, real property and water litigation, real and personal property foreclosures, defense of consumer protection violations, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation. Eli is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Montana and the Northern Cheyenne, Crow, Fort Belknap, Confederated Salish and Kootenai, and Shoshone and Arapahoe Tribal Courts. Eli is a graduate of The George Washington University, Washington, DC with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Montana School of Law.
