Eric B. Lundberg is an associate attorney in the firm’s Williston office. He is originally from Fargo, North Dakota, and he interned with the Williston office during law school before joining the firm. Eric enjoyed his time in Williston, so he and his family decided to make it their new home.
Eric’s practice focuses on general litigation, which includes but is not limited to commercial and tort litigation.
Eric received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2016, after which he was inducted into the Order of the Coif for his academic performance. During law school, Eric performed the work of two positions on the North Dakota Law Review as the Research & Technical Editor and participated in Moot Court. As well, he assisted legal writing professors for two years as a teaching assistant, tutoring law students and hosting lectures. Before law school, he interned for Senator John McCain in Washington, D.C.
Eric has experience working within the federal and state courts in North Dakota. He interned for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in Fargo and the Northeast Central Judicial District in Grand Forks, preparing legal documents for the judges under whom he served. After graduation, he worked as a law clerk for the North Dakota Supreme Court, serving under Justice Dale V. Sandstrom and later Justice Jerod E. Tufte.
In his free time, Eric enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
