Jon T. Dyre in a Partner in the firm’s Billings Litigation Department. He joined the firm as a trial attorney in 1985. His primary emphasis has been in personal injury litigation, insurance coverage litigation, insurance bad faith evaluation and litigation, and groundwater contamination. He has authored a chapter on insurance coverage issues for environmental tort claims in the Montana Environmental Law Handbook.
