Whitney Kolivas represents business clients in a wide variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts across Montana. Whitney has represented clients in a variety of matters, including complex commercial disputes, contract disputes, construction disputes, and the defense of medical malpractice claims.

Whitney graduated with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law, where she was the Contracts teaching assistant, an Editor of the Public Land and Resources Law Review, and an officer of the Environmental Law Group. Following graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carolyn S. Ostby, United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Montana. Whitney received her undergraduate degree, graduating cum laude, from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
