Trent (T.J.) Oram is an Associate in the Commercial Department. His practice focuses on commercial law including commercial transactions, corporate law, business formations, healthcare law, employment law, creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, and oil and gas litigation and title work.
Mr. Oram graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Great Falls in 2004 with B.S. in Business Administration. He subsequently graduated Cum Laude with a J.D. from the University of Idaho and a M.B.A. from Washington State University in 2008. During law school, Mr. Oram served as the Idaho Law Review Business Editor and interned with the Davidson Companies and with Holland and Hart L.L.P.
