Joe C. Maynard, Jr. is a Partner in the Litigation Department. He has considerable experience in estate and personal injury litigation with an emphasis in the area of medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Mr. Maynard graduated with high honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1987. Upon graduation, Mr. Maynard clerked for the Honorable John C. Sheehy, Justice of the Montana Supreme Court.
