Kevin Heaney is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department in Billings. His practice focuses on business and commercial transactions, contracts, all aspects of real estate transactions, creditor’s rights, banking and finance, bankruptcy, entity formation and corporate governance.

Mr. Heaney simultaneously earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana. He earned his undergraduate degree with Highest Honors from the University of Montana in Business Administration - Finance and a major in Economics. Kevin is originally from Goosetown, Montana.
