James (Jim) R. Hintz joined the firm's Commercial Department in the Billings office after graduating with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1999, where he was on the staff of the Public Land and Resources Law Review. Jim moved to the firm's Litigation Department in 2000 and now practices primarily in workers' compensation defense and employment law, including discrimination and wrongful discharge defense.
