Mr. Milch joined the firm in 1989 after serving as a law clerk for two judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. With the firm his practice has encompassed a wide range of civil litigation in both the trial and appellate areas. Mr. Milch has experience in Indian Law matters and is admitted to practice before the Crow Tribal Court and the Fort Peck Tribal Court.
