Benjamin Cory is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Department. His practice focuses on Creditor's Rights, Banking Business Entity Formation, Business Transactions Probate, Wills and Trusts, Real Estate Transactions and Homeowners Associations. Mr. Cory is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in Montana and Wyoming, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Cory grew up in Missoula and is actively engaged in the Missoula community. Mr. Cory received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana and his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school he served as Executive Editor of the Montana Law Review and interned for the Honorable Donald W. Molloy, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.
