Daniela E. Pavuk is an Associate in the Billings Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on a broad array of civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, general commercial litigation and employment law.
After working for a year in the Czech Republic, Ms. Pavuk attended the University of Montana School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Ms. Pavuk interned with the Williams Law Firm. During her second and third years of law school, Ms. Pavuk also worked as a teaching assistant, aiding a group of seven first year law students in developing their legal research and legal writing skills.
