Jennifer Nasner is an Associate in the Commercial and Natural Resources Departments in the Williston office. Her practice focuses on oil and gas law, estate planning and administration, business formations, and real estate transactions. She is admitted to practice in Montana and North Dakota.
Ms. Nasner graduated summa cum laude from Jamestown College in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration. Upon graduation, Ms. Nasner was employed as a CPA by Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte and Touche LLP in their tax practices. In 2005, Ms. Nasner received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review.
