Matthew Brahana is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He practices in all areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending personal injury lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Brahana’s additional areas of experience include defending 1983 actions, toxic torts, medical malpractice, and Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act claims. His practice includes work in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Brahana graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with Honors in December 2006. During law school he worked for Elizabeth “Bea” Kaleva, primarily conducting research and briefing a variety of issues relating to school law. Prior to law school, Mr. Brahana obtained his Bachelors of Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism, at the University of Missouri - Columbia.
