Petra Mandigo Hulm is an Associate in the Litigation Department. She joined the firm in 2009 after practicing with Fleck, Mather & Strutz, Ltd., in Bismarck, North Dakota, since 2004. She also completed a one-year clerkship for the Honorable Mary Meuhlen Maring, Justice of the North Dakota Supreme Court. Her practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense, including personal injury, property damage, worker’s compensation, and medical malpractice. She also practices in the areas of employment, commercial, and tribal law.

Ms. Mandigo Hulm received her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from Creighton University in 2003. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry/Biology in 1998.
