Ms. Goettel is an Associate in the Commercial Department. Ms. Goettel’s practice focuses primarily on trust and estate planning and administration, including tax planning, special needs planning, long-term care planning, and charitable giving. Other practice areas include real estate transactions and business organizations. Ms. Goettel graduated with high honors from the University of Montana in 2002 with a B.A. in Liberal Studies, and from the University of Montana School of Law in 2005. Ms. Goettel also received certification in Alternative Dispute resolution from the University of Montana School of Law. Ms. Goettel serves on the board of directors of the Lewis & Clark County Community Foundation.
