Randy is an associate in the Cheyenne office. He practices with the Commercial Transactions and Tort Litigation practice groups.

Randy received a J.D./M.A. from the University of Wyoming, College of Law & Haub School of Environment & Natural Resources.

He is passionate about water in the West and wrote his Masters Thesis on the nexus of water rights in energy generation industries.
