Jennifer M. Nasner is a member of the Commercial and Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Departments and practices out of the Williston, North Dakota office. Her practice focuses on oil and gas law focusing on title examination, estate administration and probate, estate planning, trust administration, entity formation and governance, real estate transactions. and business and commercial transactions. She is admitted to practice in Montana and North Dakota. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Jamestown College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration. Upon graduation, Jennifer was employed as a CPA by Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte and Touche LLP in their tax practices. Jennifer then received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was a member of the Gonzaga Law Review.
