Alissa helps clients navigate through all stages of their business needs, including entity formation and structure advice; ongoing corporate governance issues; purchasing an existing business; selling an existing business; and exiting a business (shareholder buy-sell agreements, redemption agreements).

Alissa’s experience includes target and acquirer representation in mergers and acquisitions and private securities offerings.

Alissa regularly provides general outside counsel services, including drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, employment agreements and employee handbooks, and agreements related to ongoing corporate and employment law compliance.

Alissa is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved in providing access to justice to low-income Montanans. Alissa was awarded the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award from the 1st Judicial District of Montana in 2013 and currently sits on the board of trustees of the Montana Legal Services Association.
