Kayleigh originally is from Butte, Montana and is a Partner in the Helena Litigation Department, with a focus on medical malpractice and healthcare litigation. Additionally, Kayleigh represents clients before Montana’s various licensing boards. She also works with landlords on landlord-tenant disputes.
Kayleigh received her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2013. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Government from Georgetown University in 2010. Before joining the firm, Kayleigh clerked for the Honorable Brian Morris at both the United States District Court for the District of Montana in Great Falls and the Montana Supreme Court.
Outside of work, Kayleigh is involved in the Helena community as a coach for the Helena High mock trial team and as a Board member for the Montana Child Care Resource and Referral Network.
