Tom is a Partner in the firm’s Missoula office and is a member of the Employment Law Department. Tom’s practice focuses primarily on workers’ compensation. Prior to joining Crowley Fleck, Tom worked in a non-legal position in the medical device industry for DePuy Synthes and Stryker. Tom’s prior legal experience includes five years as an Associate at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, where he handled a broad range of litigation matters, including workers’ compensation and insurance bad faith defense.

Tom was born and raised in Missoula and received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Montana in 1997. After completing his undergraduate studies, Tom attended the University of Montana School of Law. During law school, Tom served as the Articles Editor for the Montana Law Review. In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their four children.

Prior Experience (Employment)

Tom previously worked in the orthopedic medical device industry. During his medical device career, Tom spent a significant amount of time in operating rooms with orthopedic surgeons throughout Montana and the Rocky Mountain region.
