Tori is an associate in the Missoula office. She practices with the Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups.

Tori was born and raised in Helena, where she also attended Carroll College as a 400 meter hurdler and served as a track team captain. She graduated summa cum laude through the Honors Scholars Program with a major in Political Science and minors in English Writing and Constitutional Studies. Tori received an Apgar Foundation constitutional studies fellowship grant and the Bishop Gilmore Award for highest undergraduate GPA.

Tori attended law school at the University of Montana and served as a Junior Partner in the school’s Law Firm Program and as the Torts Teaching Assistant in the Academic Success Program. She also served as a staff member and co-Editor-in-Chief for the Montana Law Review and completed her clinic requirement in the United States District Court for the District of Montana. She graduated with High Honors.

Following law school, Tori clerked for then-Chief Judge Sidney Thomas on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She subsequently clerked for Judge Donald Molloy in the United States District Court for the District of Montana. Outside the office, Tori spends her time hiking, reading, and coaching high school track.
