Alexandra (Alex) Webber is an Associate in the Billings office and a member of the Commercial Transactions and Taxation, Trusts, & Estates Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, lease agreements, and other key real estate components within complex business deals. She also represents clients in tax controversy matters, including disputes involving IRS collections, the MEDIA Act, and related tax credits.
With a background in both transactional and regulatory work, Alex approaches every matter with integrity and precision. She takes great pride in ensuring the advice and information she provides are accurate, reliable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Before coming to Crowley Fleck PLLP, Alex worked in trust and estate administration at a financial institution, advising on investment and retirement matters. She also conducted civil rights investigations for the University of Wyoming, focusing on Title VII and Title IX compliance.
When practicing in Wyoming, Alex held several leadership roles in the legal community, including serving as Secretary of the Laramie County Bar Association and volunteering as a pro bono attorney for Equal Justice Wyoming.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, traveling, and getting outdoors whenever possible. Whether it’s a weekend hike or a simple breath of fresh air, she values the moments that bring balance to a busy life.
