Ali Lydick is an Associate in the Cheyenne office, where she focuses her practice on commercial transactions and healthcare law. Her work centers on helping individuals, healthcare providers, and businesses navigate complex organizational and transactional matters, including entity formation, governance, regulatory considerations, and contract negotiation. She enjoys problem‑solving and brings a practical, detail‑oriented approach to helping clients efficiently advance their goals. Ali is known for her strong work ethic, careful attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high‑quality work for clients and colleagues.
Ali’s professional experience is shaped by over a decade of service in the United States Navy, where she served as a Senior Intelligence Analyst in various locations around the world. In that role, she evaluated complex information from multiple sources, identified patterns and risks, and developed analytical assessments to support decision-making and mission success. These skills now inform her legal practice, where she applies the same disciplined approach to assessing facts, managing risk, and advising clients. She continues her service today in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
Before joining the firm, Ali built a well-rounded legal foundation through diverse positions. She served as a Legal Extern with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Office of General Counsel, a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Nancy D. Freudenthal of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, and as a Summer Associate at Crowley Fleck.
Ali earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. During law school, she was active in the legal community, serving as an Article Editor for the Wyoming Law Review, a Teaching Assistant in the Legal Writing and Research Department, and a Student Attorney in the Family and Child Legal Advocacy Clinic, where she assisted a family through the adoption process and served as a guardian ad litem. She also held a leadership position as Vice President of the Board of Advocates, coordinating the ABA Student Negotiation Competition.
Outside of the office, Ali takes advantage of life in the Mountain West, including skiing and overland camping with her husband and dog. She is also an avid sports fan, most notably a devoted Philadelphia Eagles supporter. Go Birds!
