Andrew Morris is an Associate in the Missoula office and a Member of the Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Andrew’s practice is equally split between estate planning and commercial transactions. Andrew assists clients with business entity formation, contract drafting and review, commercial and real estate purchasing, selling, and leasing, and assisting businesses with alcoholic beverage license issues. He also aids clients in estate planning matters, including drafting wills and trusts, and establishing healthcare power of attorneys.
Andrew is passionate about achieving satisfying results for his clients and is happy to work closely with them to achieve their goals. He enjoys helping business owners establish and sell their businesses, and, on the estate planning side, helping his clients set their affairs in order. He notes that oftentimes the two facets of his practice intersect which allows him to take a holistic approach in developing business plans and helping clients plan for their future.
Andrew, who was raised in Missoula, serves as Second Horn in the Missoula Symphony. In his free time, he enjoys making music and spending time with his family outdoors, particularly when the snow starts to fly.
