Anne Lewis is an Associate attorney in the Helena office and a member of the Healthcare Law, Employment Law, and Tort Litigation Practice Groups. Anne’s practice is primarily focused on healthcare law, where she specializes in medical malpractice litigation. 

She represents physicians, dentists, mental health providers, and assisted living facilities, in pre-trial matters and throughout the defense process. Anne also advises a wide range of clients, such as healthcare entities and credit unions, in employment matters regarding terminations, employment policies, wrongful termination claims, and discrimination cases. 

Open communication is a key component of Anne’s practice and she is always available to provide assurance and guidance to her clients. She enjoys collaborating with her colleagues and being part of a team that successfully resolves complex legal matters. 

Anne clerked for The Honorable Justice Laurie McKinnon on the Montana Supreme Court following law school.  In addition, she previously served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Brian Morris and Judge Dana Christensen for the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana. She continues to be involved in pro bono matters and has also volunteered as a guardian ad litem with the CASA program and mediated with the Community Dispute Resolution Center. 

Outside the office, Anne enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and two dogs and spending time with family and friends.
