Before becoming an attorney, Carson built a diverse career rooted in leadership and problem-solving. He worked as a field superintendent, where he led crews, operated cranes, and coordinated construction projects, including schools and hospitals. He also ran several small businesses and later served as a senior firearms instructor at a permit-to-carry company approved by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Outside of the office, Carson enjoys hiking, ultramarathons, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, and time at the gym.
