Jessica Schneider is Senior Counsel in the Cheyenne office and a member of the Taxation, Trusts, & Estates Practice Group. Jessica specializes in trust and tax planning, including trust and estate administration. Jessica also has a significant business organization practice where she assists clients in forming and managing business entities and integrating business assets into their overall estate planning objectives.

Jessica is one of the few estate planning attorneys in Wyoming, and her focus on this specialized area has enabled her to forge meaningful, long-term relationships with her clients. She takes great satisfaction in guiding them through every stage of the trust and estate planning process, from initial consultation to the completion of their plans. Jessica strives to offer personalized, attentive service, ensuring that each client’s needs and goals are thoroughly addressed.

Before joining the firm, Jessica worked as a trust officer in the wealth management department of a large regional bank. That experience provided her a unique perspective on how drafting of an estate plan affects its administration. Jessica is a member of the Wyoming Trust Association and also served as the Inaugural Interim Professor for the Estate Planning Clinic for her alma mater, the University of Wyoming College of Law.

Jessica is passionate about music and currently serves as President of the Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra. In her free time Jessica can be found helping at her church, spending time with her family, or tending to her chickens and summertime garden.
