Julianna Dominick is an Associate in the Billings office and a member of the Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Julianna’s practice is largely focused on business organization and tax law, where she finds immense satisfaction in helping clients launch and operate their businesses while navigating the complexities of tax implications. 

She plays a pivotal role in advising tax clients on discrete tax concerns, including residency issues, penalty waiver, and compliance. Additionally, Julianna supports clients in the healthcare sector by guiding them through the establishment of healthcare facilities and ensuring compliance with licensing and certification requirements. Her comprehensive approach in these areas enable her to provide critical support and strategic advice that significantly impacts her clients’ success and operational efficiency.

As part of her legal studies, Julianna participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and served as a legal extern for Judge Lynne J. Boomgaarden at the Wyoming Supreme Court. 

Outside of her practice, Julianna is passionate about being an active contributor to her community. She assists in the annual  Montana Women’s Run, supported by an organization that promotes health and fitness for women of all ages. She also volunteers her time with child development programs in the local Billings area to assist low-income children achieve school readiness. In her free time, Julianna loves to travel, building on her previous achievement of hitting all seven continents before turning twenty-five. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs outdoors, hiking, fly fishing, and horseback riding in the backcountry. She is an avid sewer and recently began dabbling in painting, with the belief that exploring new creative processes will pay off in her legal career as she learns new techniques to tackle unique problems.
