Julie Lichte is a Partner in the firm’s Bozeman Litigation Department. She represents a wide variety of health care clients, including hospitals, physicians, nurses, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and other health care providers in medical negligence matters, credentialing and peer review matters, HIPAA complaints, and professional licensing disputes. Julie frequently appears before the Montana Medical Legal Panel, in state and federal courts, and before the professional licensing boards. She has also represented employers in wrongful termination matters. Before moving to Montana, she was a partner with Quinn, Johnston, Henderson & Pretorius in Peoria, Illinois, and prior to law school, she worked as a registered nurse in hospital and clinic settings.

Julie has appeared on more than 100 occasions before the Montana Medical Legal Panel and has tried medical malpractice cases to verdict. She has defended health care providers in cases involving alleged birth trauma injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, surgical related incidents, obstetrics, gynecologic matters ,radiological related incidents, and various other medical specialties such as pediatrics, infectious disease, neurology, and orthopedics.
