Kevin Wallace is an associate in the Helena office and a member of the Employment Practice Group. He focuses his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers and insurers in claims arising from workplace injuries. His experience includes evaluating claims, preparing demand-response letters, and defending professionals against allegations that could affect their careers and reputations. He takes particular satisfaction in helping clients understand the legal process and feel confident that their interests are being carefully protected, especially when they are facing unfounded or improperly presented claims.

Before entering private practice, Kevin worked for Montana’s largest workers’ compensation insurer as a claim examiner and manager. This experience gave him valuable insight into the evaluation, administration, and defense of workers’ compensation claims. He draws on that background to identify the key legal and factual issues in each matter and to provide clients with practical, well-supported advice.

Kevin approaches every case with a commitment to being thorough, responsive, and prepared. His philosophy is straightforward: understand the details, communicate clearly, and provide each client with the strongest legal service possible. He believes clients should not only receive capable representation, but also feel reassured that their attorney understands the situation and is working diligently on their behalf.

Kevin’s path to the legal profession reflects his work ethic and determination. He completed law school in two and a half years while working full time and commuting to his classes. That experience marked an important transition in his career and strengthened the discipline, efficiency, and perseverance he now brings to his legal practice.

Kevin and his wife are parents of two daughters, both of whom are active in soccer. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing, hiking, and biking.
