Mark R. Feddes is Senior Counsel in the Bozeman office and a member of the Tort Litigation and Employment Law Practice Groups. Mark’s primary practice focuses on employment law, with related work in independent contractor issues, fair housing, non-profit governance and administrative law matters.
Mark collaborates with clients on virtually every facet of employment law, encompassing policy drafting, employee handbook creation, employment practices and procedures, as well as front-end and back-end advising. By addressing these foundational elements, he sets the stage for the long-term success of his clients. Additionally, when challenges arise, Mark provides robust defense for clients facing employment law claims, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and wrongful discharge allegations.
With a passion for precise research and identifying innovative solutions to complex issues, Mark ensures his clients receive the answers they need. He recognizes that litigation can be a lengthy process, so he diligently strives to assist his clients in making the best informed business decisions along the way.
Mark is dedicated to continuing his skills development and has completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy training in trial and deposition skills in San Diego, CA.
He is the past president and a current board member of Reach Inc., a well-established local non-profit organization that has provided essential residential and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities since 1974.
Outside of his practice, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He can usually be found cooking, golfing, hiking, or skiing.
