Nate Good is a Partner in the Bozeman office and is a Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Commercial Transactions Practice Group. Nate has extensive experience advising clients on real estate development and sales. He has specific experience working in luxury resort real estate development and sales, where he navigates the details of high-end property transactions, and in commercial leasing transactions. Nate also advises clients on numerous business matters, including entity formation and structuring, general operations, financing, ownership transitions, and business acquisitions and sales.
Nate is genuinely interested in understanding his clients’ businesses and development projects. He aims to become a part of their teams, understand their goals, overcome challenges, and define objectives. With the big picture and end goal always in mind, Nate focuses on understanding and pursuing his clients’ overall vision rather than just isolated details, ensuring that his assistance is aligned with their needs and objectives.
Outside his practice, Nate is a member of the board for Eagle Mount, an organization dedicated to providing outdoor recreational activities and the opportunity to enjoy Montana’s outdoors for individuals with disabilities.
Before joining Crowley Fleck, Nate was an associate in the Denver office of a large international law firm.
In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his three children and being outdoors skiing, biking, and hiking.
