Nathan (Nate) Good focuses his practice on transactional matters, including business structuring, formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, real estate transactions and development, and general commercial and contract matters. Nate prides himself on taking a client-focused approach with the goal of helping clients solve problems and achieve desired outcomes in an effective and efficient manner. Nate’s clients include individuals, small businesses and larger multi-state businesses. Nate is a Partner based in the firm’s Bozeman office and is a practice group leader in the firm’s commercial transactions practice group.
Prior to joining Crowley Fleck, Nate was an associate in the Denver office of a large international law firm. Nate received his J.D. in 2008 from Duke University School of Law and received a B.A. in 2003 from Colby College.
