Crowley Fleck PLLP seeks an associate to join our Commercial Transactions practice group in our Bismarck, ND office.

Candidate Criteria:

Successful applicants must have a J.D., a strong academic record, with an interest in all types of commercial work. We are seeking applicants who are experienced in business transactions, general corporate and commercial work, real estate, drafting, agreement review and probate. Experience of 2-5 years preferred. Applicants must have a good standing reputation in the legal community and be licensed or willing to be licensed in North Dakota is required.
