She works with developers in the real estate space, handling documents related to HOAs and the buying and selling of homes within larger community groups. She also helps individuals and families set up their estate plans. Born and raised in Butte, Amanda brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, shaped by her background in engineering and a strong desire to help others navigate the law in a clear and manageable way.
As a summer associate at Crowley Fleck, Amanda practiced across multiple areas of law, including intellectual property. She worked closely with businesses and individuals to help them understand their trademark and patent rights, providing essential guidance on safeguarding their intellectual property.
Before entering law school, Amanda worked as an engineer, where she gained valuable experience in contracts and regulations. This background sparked her interest in the legal field and led her to focus on the contractual side of law. As a project engineer for a general contractor, Amanda learned the importance of clear communication and collaboration, lessons she continues to apply in her legal career.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time at her family cabin on Georgetown Lake. Boating on the lake in the summer and skiing in the winter. When she’s not outdoors, Amanda enjoys yoga and listening to music, finding peace and relaxation in these personal hobbies.
