Anthony Amongero is an Associate in the Bozeman Office and a member of the Tax, Trusts and Estates Practice Group. His practice is primarily focused on estate planning, estate and gift tax, and estate and trust administration. He also works on commercial transactions including business entity formation, contract drafting, and real estate transactions.
Anthony has a particular interest in taxation. He is currently pursuing an Executive LL.M. in Taxation at New York University to expand his knowledge of tax law and enhance his ability to advise clients on gift, estate, and related tax matters.
Anthony believes one of the most important qualities an attorney can possess is intellectual curiosity. The complexity of the law means there is always more to learn, and he approaches new issues with a willingness to research, ask questions, and develop a thorough understanding of the problem before determining a path forward. He particularly enjoys legal work that allows him to untangle complicated issues and help clients achieve meaningful, real-world results.
Anthony has lived in Ohio, Maryland, and Utah before beginning his career with Crowley Fleck. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, hiking, skiing, camping, and cooking. He is also an enthusiastic Cincinnati Bengals fan.
