Brad Condra is Senior Council in the Missoula office where he focuses on complex civil litigation and trial work. His civil defense practice spans a broad spectrum, including trucking and transportation, commercial and residential construction defects, products liability, property damage, professional liability and general liability claims. Brad also brings extensive experience to insurance coverage disputes and lawsuits, advising clients through some of the most nuanced and high-stakes coverage questions that arise in litigation.
Brad has tried numerous cases to verdict on behalf of both corporations and individuals. He is admitted to practice in state and federal district courts, and has argued appeals before the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Brad holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell – the highest peer recognition awarded to attorneys – reflecting his legal ability and professional ethics as assessed by fellow members of the bar.

Before entering the practice of law, Brad spent more than a decade as a raft guide, climbing instructor, EMT and volunteer firefighter – a background that speaks to his composure under pressure and commitment to public service. Brad is also a licensed pilot and holds a current Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Outside of the office, he can be found on the ski slopes with his wife and daughter, floating the whitewater rivers of Montana and Idaho, backcountry flying in the airplane he built himself, or in the garage tackling his latest project.
