Caitlyn is an Associate and member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, working extensively on contract disputes, research, discovery, and being involved in various stages of the litigation process. Her experience includes both detailed writing and refining of complex legal issues.
As a competitive golfer, Caitlyn learned the importance of perseverance and finishing what you start. In her home state of Wyoming–a “big town with long streets”–there is often a personal connection to the people and causes she serves. Caitlyn is passionate about helping clients with issues affecting them, their businesses, and their communities.
Before law school, Caitlyn interned with the Department of State’s Office of Agricultural Policy, working on projects related to sustainable agriculture on a global scale. While in law school, Caitlyn also interned with the Transportation Security Administration’s Civil Enforcement Office, where she became familiar with issues in administrative and agency law.
As a summer associate at Crowley Fleck, Caitlyn gained broad exposure to various legal areas, working primarily on commercial litigation matters and conducting regulatory and statutory research.
In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys hiking, staying active at the gym, running, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
