Dallas is an accomplished attorney and has acquired a broad range of commercial and regulatory expertise in over 25 years of practice. She is a member of both the Commercial Transactions and Health Law Practice Group at Crowley Fleck and regularly collaborates with her colleagues across the firm to ensure her clients have the right resources for their specific matters.
Dallas works with all stages of business clients, assisting with business formation and agreements between owners, negotiating and managing real estate transactions, and advising clients about ongoing commercial contracts and intellectual property considerations. She considers it a particular privilege and highlight of her practice to assist clients who are navigating the winding down or transition of businesses they have spent years of hard work to build.
A significant portion of Dallas’ practice is dedicated to representing healthcare entities, including nursing homes and independent provider practices, in healthcare transactions, as well as day-to-day operational and regulatory compliance matters. Her healthcare clients benefit from her business and commercial experience coupled with a deep understanding of the licensing, compliance, and other regulatory legal issues specific to the healthcare industry, including extensive experience with HIPAA and other information privacy and cybersecurity issues.
Outside of her practice, Dallas enjoys yoga, pilates, and golf.
