Grace Cassidy is an Associate in the Bozeman office, where she focuses her practice on commercial and tort litigation. Her work involves representing businesses, insurers, and other clients in complex disputes, including contract-related matters, business torts, and civil litigation. She approaches her practice with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to developing clear, practical strategies tailored to each client’s goals and risk profile.

Before joining the firm, Grace began her professional career in investment management in Boston, where she developed an expertise in client service and disciplined decision-making. 

Grace earned her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law, where she completed a judicial internship with the Hon. Donald W. Molloy, U.S. District Court Judge. During this time, she observed federal litigation and supported the court’s work on a range of criminal and civil matters. She also served as a Teaching Assistant, providing academic support to first-year law students and helping them develop foundational legal writing and analytical skills.

Grace values professionalism at the highest level and is focused on building a reputation as a trusted, respected attorney within the legal community. She enjoys working closely with clients and finding solutions to interesting and challenging cases.

During her undergraduate years, Grace was an accomplished student-athlete. Competing at the collegiate level played a formative role in her development, reinforcing discipline, resilience, and teamwork, qualities she continues to bring to her legal practice. She remains an avid runner and has competed in multiple marathons and triathlons. 

Outside of the office, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and pets.
