Greg Dorrington is a partner with more than 15 years of experience helping companies and businesses in highly regulated industries navigate evolving environmental and immigration issues.

On the environmental side, Greg has a particular focus on permitting renewable energy projects, in addition to the more traditional strategic counseling, due diligence, environmental and natural resources litigation, legislative affairs, and other administrative and regulatory matters. Greg is an active participant in various state and federal bar associations’ environmental and natural resources sections, recently completing a two-year chairperson role in Montana. He is also an in-demand presenter on environmental and natural resource legal topics and has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation and Mountain States Super Lawyers.

Greg also has a significant immigration practice. He typically works with businesses providing a full suite of services including visa petitions, waivers, consular processing, labor certification, permanent residence/green card applications, and I-9 compliance. Greg helps various industries, including health care, manufacturing, mining, hospitality, agricultural, and educational institutions with their immigration needs. He also assists individuals, families, and those seeking U.S. citizenship. Greg routinely presents on immigration issues and he previously served on the Government Relations Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Asia-Pacific Chapter, which liaises with U.S. Missions abroad.
