Henry D. Charpentier is an Associate in the Bozeman office and a member of the Commercial Transactions Practice Group. In his business organization practice, Henry assists clients with starting and formalizing businesses, assessing needs for establishing LLCs, tax needs, and mergers. He helps clients with a variety of real estate matters, including commercial real estate transactions, housing developments, and subdivisions. Henry also has a substantial immigration practice where he aids clients in a wide range of immigration needs, and specifically aids rural healthcare providers.
Henry is driven by a commitment to ensuring clients get the results they deserve in a timely fashion. He believes that collaboration and teamwork are essential to achieving these outcomes, working closely with both his clients and colleagues to find the best path forward. For Henry, it’s not just about resolving a case—it’s about making a real impact in someone’s life and being part of something bigger. He approaches every case with the mindset that when people work together, they can achieve meaningful and lasting results.Born and raised in Montana, Henry enjoys fly fishing, rafting, biking, and building his shoe collection. In law school he founded the Fly Fishing Law Society at University of Montana.
