Jennifer M. Nasner serves as Senior Counsel in the Williston office and is a member of the Tax, Trusts, and Estates; Commercial; and Oil and Gas practice groups. Jennifer’s broad practice involves oil and gas title examination, trust and estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate transactions, and business and commercial transactions.
Jennifer deeply values the personal connections she builds through her work, particularly in helping clients navigate the distribution of their assets after they have passed away. She recognizes that her clients often come to her during challenging and emotionally charged times, and she approaches each case with a sense of care and compassion.
Jennifer is committed to understanding her clients’ unique circumstances and wishes, ensuring that their estate planning reflects their values and goals. Whether it’s creating a will, establishing powers of attorney, or managing the probate process, she strives to provide thoughtful guidance and support, making the process as smooth as possible.
Before joining the firm, Jennifer was a practicing certified public accountant. Outside of her practice, Jennifer lives on a farm, is an active mother of four, and enjoys following and coaching her children in various sports. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family.
