Kenneth Lay is a Partner in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation defense, including personal injury, as well as work in the areas of land-use, real estate disputes, and construction law. Ken graduated from Brigham Young University in 1999 with a B.A. in Portuguese, and from the University of Montana School of Law, with honors, in 2003. Mr. Lay is admitted to practice in Montana state courts and the United States District Court for Montana.
