Additionally, she has a strong focus on personal injury and commercial litigation matters, Kristen also supports employers in litigation involving claims of wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination, providing comprehensive legal guidance in these complex matters.

Kristen recognizes the significant impact that professional negligence claims can have on her clients’ lives. She is deeply committed to representing fellow professionals, striving to help them return to the fields they are passionate about and trained in. Kristen thrives on the dynamic nature of her work, appreciating that the specialized careers of her clients allow her to learn something new every day about their unique challenges and industries.

She knows her clients come to her in times of distress, often already frustrated by the litigation process. She and her colleagues work hard to relieve some of this burden by providing their clients with detailed explanations of the process so they understand the process and know their next steps.

Recently, Kristen represented a small student travel company that organized school trips and secured summary judgment in their favor in a breach of contract claim before the District Court. The positive outcome of this case was particularly meaningful as it enabled the company to continue inspiring and motivating students through travel.

Prior to attending law school, Kristen completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Guadalajara, Mexico. Following law school, she clerked for Chief Judge Sidney R. Thomas of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Kristen loves the outdoors and outside of her practice can always be found taking advantage of Helena’s trail systems, running, and spending time on the water.
