Lindsay A. Woznick is a Partner in the Cheyenne office and serves as a Taxation, Trusts & Estates Practice Group Leader. Lindsay’s primary practice areas are trust and estate planning and administration and real estate and oil and gas law.
In her trust and estate practice, Lindsay skillfully drafts both complex and simple estate planning documents customized to clients’ individual needs. She also compassionately guides clients and family members through the trust and estate administration processes after the death of a loved one. Her unique, client-centered approach provides comprehensive estate planning strategies, including charitable giving, tax and disability planning, asset protection, business planning, and planning for future generations.
Lindsay frequently presents to financial advisors and other organizations sharing her expertise and insights to help them better serve their clients and employees. She recognizes that Wyoming probate law can be confusing, and dedicates a significant amount of time to educating clients and advisors and empowering them with the information they need to make informed decisions and plan ahead.
Lindsay also represents oil and gas producers in a wide variety of matters including, complex class action litigation related to royalty interests, surface use agreements, quiet title actions, and land use matters. She also assists clients with developing Standard Operating Procedures to help mitigate potential future issues.
Lindsay prides herself on the strong relationships she is able to build with her clients. Whether it is with her oil and gas clients she has worked with for years, or her estate planning clients who are looking for a sense of security, Lindsay ensures that she is always available to respond to them, no matter how big or small their need. Her dedication to client satisfaction and personalized service sets her apart in her field, often leading to heartfelt moments where her estate planning clients express their gratitude with hugs after meetings, highlighting the impactful nature of her work.

Lindsay is a Wyoming native and is married to Timothy Woznick, another Crowley Fleck attorney. They have two children, and enjoy spending time at their home on the river and exploring Wyoming’s great outdoors.
