Mason DuMars is an Associate in the Kalispell office and a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mason maintains a broad litigation practice, with more than half of his work focused on commercial litigation, including breach of contract disputes and real estate litigation. He also advises clients in the areas of natural resources law and labor and employment matters.
He is committed to being responsive and supportive throughout the litigation process, recognizing the burden it places on clients. Mason focuses on achieving positive resolutions that make a meaningful difference, helping clients move forward with confidence.
Mason is passionate about conservation and environmental stewardship. While in law school, he assisted in the creation of a fly fishing club centered around conservation and education. Today, he remains active in several local conservation volunteer efforts and believes strongly in finding balance through time spent outdoors.
He previously interned with the United States Department of Justice, where he assisted federal prosecutors in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Montana on federal criminal matters and interned with U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, Great Falls Division.
Outside the office, Mason enjoys skiing, running, fly fishing, and spending time in Montana’s outdoors.
