Robert is an Associate in the Helena office and a member of the Banking, Finance, Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. He assists clients with estate planning matters, including estate administration, probate, and drafting wills and estate plans. His credit and banking practice consists of collection lawsuits, account collection, landlord/tenant disputes, and landlord evictions lawsuits. Robert is one of the main contacts at the firm with expertise in the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. He also does commercial transaction work, assisting clients with buy and sell agreement, leases, and judicial divisions of real property. Robert enjoys the variety in his case work and developing relationships with his clients. He works hard to develop unique solutions for his clients.
After graduating from high school, Robert enlisted in the Marine Corps and participated in Operation Enduring Freedom with multiple deployments to Afghanistan. After his service, Robert attended college at Montana State University graduating with bachelor’s degree in history and received his J.D. from the University of Montana.
In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and three dogs at their lake house. He is an avid skier and snowboarder and enjoys fly fishing and waterskiing in the summer.
