Logan Caldwell is an Associate in the Bismarck office and a member of the Commercial and Natural Resources Litigation Practice Group. Logan is a litigator who handles business litigation matters between businesses and on behalf of oil and gas companies. He also assists oil and gas clients with royalty payments and disputes, along with personal injury and insurance defense. Logan serves the South Central Judicial District as a Guardian ad Litem.
Logan highlights integrity as the core principle of his practice and that a foundation of honesty has allowed him to develop fruitful relationships with his clients.
Prior to joining Crowley Fleck, Logan worked as a paramedic for private, hospital, and community-owned services for over 12 years across North Dakota and throughout the United States. He worked as a critical care flight paramedic and disaster response paramedic being activated to help in national emergencies such as Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and the Deep Horizon Oil Spill in 2010.
Logan received his J.D., Cum Laude, from the University of North Dakota where he was a member of Moot Court, the Federalist Society, and the North Dakota Law Review. While in law school, Logan interned with Judge Ralph R. Erickson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Logan also served in the Office of Governor Doug Burgum as a Legislative Intern during the 2021 Regular Session of the Legislative Assembly.
Logan was named a “Rising Star” by Great Plains Super Lawyers® in 2022 and 2023. He currently serves as Commissioner of the Mandan Architectural Review Commission, a nine-member commission responsible for reviewing architectural plans for the City of Mandan.
Logan and his wife have four children and enjoy spending their time outdoors hunting, fishing, or camping in one of North Dakota’s many beautiful state parks.
