Brett Kvasnicka is an Associate in the Billings office. He is a member of the Energy and Environmental, and Oil and Gas Practice Groups. Considering himself a jack of all trades, Brett works on a myriad of energy-related matters, including oil and gas title work, litigation, and transactions. He focuses on energy and natural resources law and manages due diligence projects related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing arrangements for clients. Brett’s specialty lies in federal appeals, where he applies his expertise to navigate the complexities of appellate law, making him a valuable asset in the dynamic energy sector.

Originally from Kansas, Brett has always been drawn to the mountains and loves his proximity to Montana’s many peaks. Outside of his practice, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife exploring all that Montana’s outdoors has to offer.
